Yoga Feb 23
End the day with a 1-hour Vinyasa yoga class led by our very own certified Clarendon Yoga instructor (and ‘22 Council member), Kasia. All levels are welcome with no experience required. We will zone out with classic yoga poses and practice fluid movements and relaxation. You might even find your inner peace or perhaps touch your toes for the first time in your adult life. If you’ve got a yoga mat, please bring it with you (or bring a blanket—your knees will thank you).
